i start my other pc up and all it dose is reboot it self can any1 help me get me on the main windows screen thanks ive tried taken the board out ive got safe mode on safe mode promt and safe mode with net work / theres last known place then reboot pc put still i cant get 2 my main screen its as though my comp as shut my files down 4 sercuity or some it

Switch off at the wall but leave the plug in to maintain the earth.
Take the cover off.
Touch the bare metal chassis to discharge any static in you.
Take the RAM modules out and swap their positions.
Re-boot.
If this doesn't help ...
