Javascript Bible is a well written comprehensive book designed for beginners and intermediate readers, as well as a good reference for the advanced javascript programmers.
It covers the compatibility issues and gives good examples and javascript techniques throughout. It includes up to date information including important points about Netscape 6 and Internet Explorer 5.5.
The book contains almost 30 chapters of well presented information.
The book also comes with a CD which extends on the book with examples.
